REFUND POLICY

You may request for refund only for unavailed and unexpired services/ sessions. The amount balance of a package subject of refund shall be computed with used sessions valued at published regular per session price.

Further, deduction of 3.5% shall apply to purchases using credit/debit cards. If zero interest was availed, additional deduction of 2% per month shall apply. We also require the surrender of original OR to avoid deduction of 12% VAT, already paid to the BIR, from your refundable balance. These are in keeping with the principle that we can refund only what we have received.
